I’m a Director of Photography with over 15 years’ experience making award-winning documentary and multi-platform films for BBC, Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, ITVX, Channel 4, Sky and more.

My camera work has taken me around the world, filming observational stories across specialist factual documentary, arts, science, history, music, current affairs and drama reconstruction.

After studying photography, I honed my filmmaking craft in-house at the BBC, working up from a production trainee to lighting camera operator on flagship series like BBC One’s Imagine and Horizon. This strong editorial foundation and wide range of location work continues to inform my approach behind the camera.

I’ve collaborated with artists, athletes, historians, journalists, children and contributors navigating sensitive subjects. Together we’ve made impactful films to suit short form, series and feature-length documentary for global audiences.

Our films have received international recognition, including The Real Mo Farah, Winner of the BAFTA Award for Best Single Documentary and more.

Alongside broadcast, I collaborate with presenters, experts, designers and organisations on podcasts, scripted reconstructions and multi-platform storytelling — bringing the same care, adaptability and narrative discipline to every project.

I am trusted for calm decision-making, strong editorial judgement and the ability to film real-world stories in sensitive and high-pressure environments.
